PIece Of Mind Records Santa Monica Canyon

Chris partnered with Kenny Latham of PIece Of Mind Records to create a rare vinyl records storefront and home for the alternative music record label located in Santa Monica Canyon. The entire installation created by Chris Bribach was built out spontaneously using lumber and drywall screws. Fractured and beautiful forms were created on the fly. The freedom of materials allowed for fluid forms that created sculptural ways to display product and carve out spaces to discover and listen to music.

The facade was installation was also part of a final thesis installation for a SCI-ARC summer session with architect, Lebbeus Woods. The construction was then permanently installed on the building. The curved wooden members minimally define an organic form that mimics the constructivist design within.
